Tour Plan

Day 01 Itineraries

Admire the beauty of the Hawa Mahal

  • As per your schedule, your driver will pick you up from your hotel and begin your day of sightseeing,
  • Your itinerary takes you to the Amber Fort- where you will be given a tour with your guide. On your way to the Amber Fort, you will make a stop at the Hawa Mahal.
  • Hawa Mahal, also known as “Palace of Wind”, was built in 1799 as an extension to the Royal City Palace of Jaipur. It allowed the royal ladies, who at the time strictly observed “pardah”, to be able to watch any processions and activities on the street without being seen by the public.

Explore the impressive Amber Fort

  • Set in a picturesque location, Amber Fort is a fascinating blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture. The palace complex has some very interesting apartments: Jai Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Sukh Niwas, Ganesh Pol and Temple of Kali are some of the prominent areas of interest.

Explore the alleys of the City Palace

  • The City Palace was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. As with most structures in Jaipur, this palace also reflects the fusion of Mughal and Rajput architecture. It has a sequence of gardens, buildings and courtyards, temples and museums to give it a grand view that reflects its historical importance and magnificent royal grace.

Visit the Jantar Mantar

  • A UNESCO World Heritage site, the Jantar Mantar is an astronomical observation site. This is the most significant, most comprehensive, and the best preserved of India’s historic observatories. It is an expression of the astronomical skill and cosmological concepts of the court of a scholarly prince at the end of the Mughal period.

Find some peace at Royal Gaitor

  • End your day of exploring and touring some of the gems of Jaipur at the Royal Gaitor. The royal cenotaphs, just outside the city walls beneath Nahargarh, feel remarkably undiscovered and are an appropriately restful place to visit. The stone monument is beautifully and intricately carved.
